Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our AI-powered tools, which consume computational resources and third-party API credits upon each use, all sales are final once the service has been used. We do not offer refunds if any tool has been accessed or used after subscribing.
Unused Subscriptions
If you subscribed to a Pro plan and have not used any tool, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase by emailing support@toolova.app with the subject line "Refund Request". We will review your usage and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
Renewals
Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals. If you wish to avoid a renewal charge, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date from your account settings.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If
- Any tool has been used after subscribing
- The 48-hour window has passed since the initial purchase
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- The request is for a renewal charge
Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not eligible for refunds.
