5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
